1. General Terms

• All artworks sold on this website are one-of-a-kind, original pieces created by Agnes Buronyi.

• Prices are listed in United States Dollar (USD) and include only the cost of the artwork.

• Flat shipping and insurance fees are applied during checkout based on the artwork size and delivery location (domestic or international).

• By purchasing an artwork, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. Purchasing & Payment

• Full payment for the artwork is required at checkout to secure your purchase.

• Payment is processed via PayPal and Stripe.

• Shipping and insurance fees are calculated at checkout and added to your total based on standard flat rates.

3. Shipping & Insurance

• Shipping is handled by specialised artwork couriers to ensure safe delivery.

• Flat-rate shipping and insurance costs are applied automatically at checkout based on the artwork size and destination.

• You will receive a confirmation email with estimated delivery timeframes and a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

4. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations:

  • As each artwork is a unique, original piece, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations once a purchase has been made.

• Returns & Refunds:

  • Due to the unique nature of the artworks, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged.

    • Customers must inspect the package upon delivery and report any damage immediately before signing for or accepting the shipment.

    • If the package shows visible damage upon arrival, the buyer must take photos before opening the box and notify the courier immediately.

  • If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Clear photos of the damaged artwork and packaging

    • A detailed description of the issue

  • Do not discard the packaging, as it may be required for the insurance claim.

  • Each case will be assessed individually. If eligible, we will coordinate with the courier and issue a refund or replacement where applicable.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery (e.g., accidental drops, mishandling, or improper installation by the buyer).

5. Ownership & Copyright

• Purchasing an artwork grants you ownership of the physical piece, but does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

• The artist retains all copyright and reproduction rights to the artwork.

• The artwork may not be copied, reproduced, or resold for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for delays due to customs, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Any import duties, customs fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Once shipped, the artwork is under the care of the courier, and any damage claims must go through the insurance process.

7. Privacy Policy

• Your personal information (name, address, email) is used solely for order processing and shipping.

• We do not share or sell customer data.

• Payment details are securely processed through PayPal and Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
